Instructions for Ordering a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Test Kit Below is a list of five Profile Descriptions. Each profile comes with instructions for hair sampling, a health information questionnaire, one (1) hair sample weight scale, one (1) hair sample envelop, a prepaid requisition form, and a mailing envelope. From the time you send your hair sample to the lab, it takes 10 - 14 days to get your results.

Please use the Profile Descriptions to choose the items(s) you want. [Profile 2 is recommended as a starting place because it includes the entire mineral assay in Profile 1 plus 10 pages or more of detailed interpretation and explanation. Profile 5 is beneficial as an add-on if you would like to know which foods you should include and/or avoid.]

• Profile 1. Laboratory Mineral Test Only. This is the basic assay that shows the mineral levels and ratios. You are provided with a chart that identifies your present state and graphically describes the results of your test. With this profile, you do your own interpretation. Buy now: $90.00

• Profile 2. [Recommended] Laboratory Test and Complete Interpretation. This includes the entire mineral assay test provided in Profile 1, plus a thorough interpretative work-up that lists trends and provides a detailed explanation of the results. It consists of a targeted compilation of a dozen or more pages that explain your personal results in detail and compare significant mineral ratios. Buy now: $150.00

• Profile 3. Laboratory Test and Supplement Recommendation Only. This is the same as Profile 1 with the addition of vitamin and mineral supplement recommendations. Again here, with this profile, you do your own interpretation. Buy now: $125.00

• Profile 4. Progress Test and Comparison Analysis. This includes a complete retesting of the mineral levels to check what changes have taken place in your body biochemistry approximately 8 to 12 weeks after a previous test. Modifications to the vitamin and mineral program are suggested where there has been significant progress. • Profile 5. Personal Diet Plan. This is a valuable add-on, which is derived from information provided in the Mineral Test Report for Profile 2, 3 or 4.
